What does this even mean? The schematics/ directory is not inside the mods/ directory, it's one level up inside the minecraft instance directory, so using the vanilla launcher often at .minecraft/schematics/, or in this case at SMP PvP/schematics/.

Also one way to get there from in-game is to go to the Resource Packs menu, click on Open Folder, and then in the file manager that opens go one directory up, and then you are inside the instance directory, and you should see the schematics/ directory there.
