Manual Origin for individual sub regions in normal mode.

I'm quite fond of using normal mode to create multiple selections around structures. I would like to be able to set a manual origin for each selection not just the entire schematic. For instance; This would make it a lot easier when working with large builds to know exactly where the entrance of your house will land when positioning individual sub region.

A copy feature would also be welcome. example; make a selection of a house you wish to duplicate then create a schematic placement of it instantly at another local with hotkeys or the tool Continuing this further a hotkey to allow instant placement creation of currently selected schematic would be useful to paint a village of houses or render large area of uneven terrain.
