When loading a schematic it says that it was loaded in memory but it does not appear within the world, when entering another world it does appear but it does not appear in the main one.
I use fabric version 0.14.9-1.17.1 malilib-fabric-1.17.1-0.10.0-dev.24 litematica-fabric-1.17.1-0.0.0-dev.20210906.183617
Issue title and text cleaned up by masa
If you have (accidentally) disabled the Create placement option above the Load Schematic button, then the mod won't automatically create a placement of the loaded schematic.
While this is not related to your issue, I would recommend you to update to the latest mod versions, as there have been many bug fixes and improvements in the later mod releases for 1.17.1:
