Item frames and their contents do not appear in the material list

In my schematics, the material list doesn't show how many item frames or what items be in those item frames.

That's currently how it is. Material list only includes blocks, without containers and entities.
Afaik this won't be worked on in the pre-rewrite version, and for the new one Masa knows his TODO ~~list~~ book better.
