I think it would be much more convenient to publish mod releases on Modrinth. It is much better adapted for the user than CurseForge: has a localized interface and a documented API.

but i will see ads if devs will publish it on github releases page near jar files

Unblock ads for the site or visit, as of now it is not leaving CF only because ofCF reward points.
