Currently, I can find that

• OpenStreetMap-based maps are used for "Zugläufe"-maps,
  for example, ICE 27:

• Google Maps is used for walkways in connection details,
  for example, a search from "Heeresbäckerei, Dresden" to "Berlin Bellevue" has on the two walkways links to "Maps Routing" ([1], [2]):

Besides beeing not uniform, the use of Google Maps also promotes a non-free and data-collecting service.

Describe the solution you'd like

Use OpenStreetMap based maps everywhere where you use maps.

For routings, you could use openstreetmap.org as well, or for example maps.openrouteservice.org or graphhopper.com/maps.
