After another rebase and fixing #57, it could be a good idea to contact MDH to review / comment on your code. There is always something more to do, but that shouldn't stop integration into upstream. Kumar is already making the first changes to Wget2 test suite to use your http/2 code :-)

meanwhile all tests of Wget2 now run on top of your work :-) Thank you again so much !

We (mostly Kumar) fixed several things, but nothing in your code - it looks good and runs stable. Is there anything I could do to push your code upstream ? I think the next step is to ask the MHD people for review... please let me know if you don't have time and want me to jump in.
