FR: Export and import Bookmarks

Hi

I have been using WT for a while now I have alot of bookmarks with it. I think that it would be nice to be able to export booksmarks to a bookmark.html somewhere in the sd card so that the users can share it with other apps.

Import and export can help with using in multiple device environments.
