Clicking icon does not reopen object designer tab once closed

Reproduction Scenario:

  • Open VSCode;
  • Click the AL Object Designer icon in the sidebar;
  • Note that the object designer tab opens as expected;
  • Close the object designer tab;
  • Click the AL Object Designer icon in the sidebar again;
  • Note that the object designer tab does not open as expected;

Same here! Also v0.2.4 The extension reports one uncaught error: Cannot read property 'find' of undefined
