http://scoop.sh ReferenceError: BigUint64Array is not defined

Some time ago the Scoop website (command-line installer for Windows) stopped working with palemoon some time ago (not sure when). The page stays blank and the error console displays:

ReferenceError: BigUint64Array is not defined[Learn More]

I was wondering if this could be polyfilled and applied to scoop.sh. Maybe this is not the only error that would occur though.

Pale Moon doesn't have BigInt nor the typed arrays... that's a problem.

I've opened an issue at RPMO, but as always, that requires a developer.
