I made the MX4SIO-RGR according to the tutorial, but it doesn't seem to work. The TF card disk format is eXfat. I put some ISO games in the DVD folder. The OPL was also changed, and I found that the handle below cannot be used when the RGR is plugged in. Is there a problem there?

I don't think there is any issue with the design as there are many guy use my design and sell it.
