[FR]: Always display Important articles

Brief description of the feature request

Currently, if one has set the option to only show unread articles, also posts which have been flagged as important are not shown in the Important articles category unless one right clicks on the folder and selects 'Mark as read'. It would be great to have an option to always display important articles no matter of their read/unread state.
