[FR]: Horizontally swap article list with article previewer

Brief description of the feature request

As title says, this additional "Switch Layout" feature would allow the user to horizontally swap the positions of the article list & previewer.

Here are 3 screenshots to visually describe the feature:

Would be an additional layout located in: View > Switch Layout.
