[FR]: Option to retain/exclude individual feeds from "remove read articles on app exit" feature

Brief description of the feature request

Keeping all is unmanageable for me, but for certain feeds I would prefer to retain posts in the db for use as a searchable archive.

This is related to my request for a way to perform a selective cleanup.

This feature will be removed when #1027 (#1270 respectively) will be implemented, which will be very soon.
