[FR]: Option to have "important" articles always on top & unaffected by scrolling/keyboard navigation

Brief description of the feature request

This feature would allow the user to have their important articles always at the top of the article list viewport and unaffected by article list viewport scrolling and keyboard navigation (up & down), essentially making them always visible.

This feature would go hand-in-hand with #1030 & #1039.

Correlating with #1030, the important articles that would be opened/read and would no longer be important after doing so, would then fall into the pool of all non-important articles & be sorted by whatever criteria all non-articles are sorted by accordingly.

Well, if I get it correctly then I am afraid that current implementation of article list does not really allow to implement this. Totally new implementation of article list would have to be done which is very time consuming and not possible in near future.
