schannel instead of openssl

For Qt5.15 static linking fails because openssl is expected to be at hardcoded path (c:\Programy\OpenSSL).

It would be much nicer to just use schannel instead of OpenSSL. Schannel provides same functionality openssl does without having to ship extra dependencies.
