Artefacts with the special "LATEST" version are listed as outdated

Boot (and Leiningen) allow "LATEST" to be used as the version specifier for a dependency, causing the latest version to be tracked. The ancient task currently lists these as out-of-date. I suggest that these artefacts be excluded from lookup.
