SUGGESTION: Color Wheel or Similar Option on Dialog

I'd like some sort of create color option with some sample text, possibly choosing background and foreground colors (rather than just existing colors on screen).

I've just tried this via via power toys and it worked well (and I like being able to create my own formats) but I will either disable it and find another or continue to use this one if enhanced as I don't need 2 tools for very similar purposes...
