Identify similar activities and offer to rename them

There are certain activities that I do over and over again:

• Going to the grocery store.
• Riding from home to the gym.
• Riding from the gym to home.
• Walk from home to the tram station.
• Walk from the tram station to the office.
• Walk from the office to the tram station.
• Walk from the tram station to home.
• Take a lunch stroll around the neighborhood.

These activities are almost exact copies of each other. It would be nice if they could be automatically renamed such that I don't have to manually do that. Or perhaps moved into a subdirectory.

I looked into route clustering before, but it was an N² algorithm and I am not sure whether I am still happy with that. Perhaps one can do something simpler by just identifying locations and have it trigger on start and end. This won't work for round trips, though.
