Uploader in WebUI replaces spaces in the name with underscores and replaces umlauts

I uploaded a file (via uploader) that had a name with spaces and ü. Spaces were replaced by _ and ü replaced by u.

When i manually add the file to the directory, the program respects my naming (and regex extraction of the name) and can display umlauts.
