'charmap' codec can't encode character

Hello, After running

python rnn_train.py

I have the error

UnicodeEncodeError : 'charmap' codec can't encode character '\u2502' in position 44 : character maps to

I tried a lot of things but I am beginner and can't resolve this issue...
