Flashed and failed (LED blink 2 times and gone)

Hi, I'm Bang1338 again, I'm own ESP8266 NodeMCU CH340 V3 I using a lot of flashing tool and try with 3 firmwares you given, but... When I plug again, the ESP8266's LED just blink 2 times and gone. I tried again with a lot of thing like: Reset, use only 2 firmwares, install drivers, change settings, switch to second Windows 10 Pro, use other flash tool versions,... none of them work. So, someone can help?
