I believe @fabionuno was working on this, but since it is using Swift there are problems. Maybe the current state of the Swift bindings is improved now?

Not sure this is an issue. Since Lottie 4.x it targets WPF on .NET and .NET core as well. That's why it is imported.
Can you debug this and make a PR?
