UniGetUI not updating -- just spin forever on 2 apps.
Please confirm these before moving forward

Windows 11 Pro (23H2) Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1106.0 x64
Describe your issue
Two apps came up in UniGetUI for updates. I clicked the update selected packages option and it proceeded to spin the little circle thingy on Microsoft.DotNet.DesktopRuntime.8 forever. I went into the ... options on that item and found the full winget command line, which I copied and ran manually without any issue. Next it tried to work on Microsoft.DotNet.HostingBundle.8 and got hung in the same loop so I did the same thing on it too -- no issues with winget. Its not winget failing -- its UniGetUI that failed.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Don't know how to reproduce. find a win 11 machine that does not have those updates installed, install/run UnigetUI and wait for it to tell you those updates are available.
