[BUG] Beta version is not ignored while "Installation Option > Version to instal" is already set to "Latest"
Please confirm these before moving forward

I found this strange that I couldn't disable the beta update, eventually I did update to 3.1.2-beta1 and it broke my unigetui installation for some reason. Couldn't uninstall from Control Panel nor winget cli; had to delete the C:/ProgramFiles folder (Originally installed from WinGet)
by default ignore UniGetUI updates via winget, chocolatey, or scoop if automatic updates are enabled
