[BUG] Runtime Error 40:328

Describe your issue

I've had WinGetUI 3.0.2 for a long time but the update to the latest version had always failed. I ended up uninstalling WinGetUI through Revo Uninstaller and made sure there were no leftovers but I still cannot install the latest version due to the Runtime Error 40:328

Just in case I've made sure I had some dependencies might have been installed but I'm totally drawing a blank here...

Hi, I Have exactly the same problem, "Runtime Error 40:328" & Closes after "Setup Language" with beta (3.1.2-beta0) I Have had this problem since 3.1.0 Alpha0 version & upwards.

Mouse wheel for scrolling is broken though in this release. "3.1.2-beta2" Well it has at my end.
