[CRASH] UniGetUI 3.1.1 crashes four seconds after initial screen display

• [X] I have tried deleting a folder named UniGetUI under %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\UniGetUI.
• [X] I have tried reinstalling UniGetUI.
• [X] I have tested that this issue has not been fixed in the latest (beta or stable) release.

Describe your crash

Despite several clean reinstalls of UniGetUI 3.1.1, the start screen loads and then the application crashes immediately after it begins searching for installed packages (about 3-4 seconds later).

I did not have this problem in earlier versions of UniGetUI.

Logs (if possible)

No error reports, messages, or usable debug logs.

My machine is a 64-bit Windows 10 Enterprise v. 2009 box (Windows 22H2, December 2022 Update v. 19045.4651).
