[BUG] Duplicate packages

Describe your issue
Games installed via Steam used to appear in WingetUI, but as of v3.0.0, they no longer do.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Install some games on Steam
- Open WinGetUI 3.0.0
- Look in installed apps list

Oh wait, they do appear, but they are duplicated numerous times, they're not sorted witih the rest of the packages, and the package source is listed as Local PC instead of Steam.
And there I was wondering why it shows Baldur's Gate 3 like 20 times in the list. o.O
I had the same problem with duplicate entries when using the winget v1.7.10582 that's included with WingetUI 3.0.1. At least in my case, the duplicates were separate x86 and x64 app versions that winget was representing as the same item. This was a winget issue, not WingetUI, since I saw the same duplicates when running winget manually. In WingetUI, selecting any one of those duplicates, would automatically select all dupes. Switching to system winget didn't help either, since it was the same winget version. However, once I updated the system winget version to v1.7.10661 and switched to using system winget, the duplicates disappeared. Seems like shipping a newer winget version with WingetUI should hopefully solve that issue.
Note: Microsoft ships winget as part of Microsoft.AppInstaller, so you basically have to update App Installer in order to get a newer system winget. The latest release msixbundle (which includes winget 1.7.10861) is available here https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli/releases/tag/v1.7.10861
This issue was fixed on a previous commit.
Changes will be effective with UniGetUI 3.1.0
