[ENHANCEMENT] Command-line switches/options for each package manager

Describe the improvement

As of now, installation options are only available on a per-package basis. I suggest we add installation options, one for each installer

Describe how this improvement could help users.

This will be very useful for package managers that doesn't have configuration files/locations and only accept CLI switches (like Winget), it also provides more control for the user

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean. What does on a per-installer basis refer to?

I may have worded that egregiously.

At this point in time, we can only set installation options for each package only: Screenshot 2024-01-30 070615

It would be great if we can set these for entire providers, like Winget, Choco, or Scoop
