Describe the new feature

The ability to rearrange the queue after the fact, so that if you have a long queue of updates and you need to use one of the items soon you can prioritize it. Also if you want to install a new package it's added to the end of the queue, which is inconvenient.

Preferably this should be drag and drop but perhaps a button "move to top" or so could suffice, maybe in combination with up and down arrows.
