Suggestion: move source files to a src/ directory

Would keep stuff neat; doc/, lua/ and man/ have their places already.

… and I have to scroll 2 screenfuls down to get to the readme on Github.

This can be reconsidered when we finally tackle #338 which will be a mess anyway.
