Update new URL for vis-tables plugin in wiki

In wiki the plug-in vis-tables has the following URL:

https://www.thyssentishman.com/git/vis-tables/log.html

that leads to:

404 Not Found OpenBSD httpd

I think the author changed the URL to ptt, because inside the README is named vis-tables.

The updated URL is:

https://www.thyssentishman.com/git/ptt/log.html

Same happens in:

https://erf.github.io/vis-plugins/
