vis-menu: support SIGWINCH resizing

leftover text wraps when resizing smaller, not sure how to fix that

I agree, there is something wrong here. I don’t understand curses much, so I don’t WHERE is the problem, but I can confirm that in some situations vis seems to leave screen in not a good shape and I have to run reset from time to time.

@mcepl I think I've encountered that too, but it should be a separate issue; my comment about resizing was referring to this vis-menu PR
