Verification code for IRC 'voice'

Find some way to create a verification code that can allow the installer to prove they have installed honeycomb. We will use this to allow users of the IRC channel #orderofthebee on freenode to claim voice rights ("mode +v") within the channel.

It will not confer them any additional rights over other users of the channel, other than the +v badge, which is displayed differently in different IRC clients.
