Save this for 1.1 release due to issues with alfresco starting libre office under java 8

this need to happen as it may be causing issue in rm. unless were compiling solr4.war, there are known issues with java 7.

java 8 seems to be working well for 5.0.d, but Im assuming we will need to keep java 7 for 4.2.f + plugins
