This seems like a good approach, but the Custom Diff must account for all attributes that contribute to the resource's configurable state, not just `sensitive_config_vars`.
Do you have the second directory set as a cache directory? [Example](https://github.com/mars/heroku-cra-node/blob/v3.0.1/package.json#L14). If it's not actually working, is it because the react-ui build is performed after the caching takes place?
