Changes Made

  1. I created a input parameter for the user to input the name of the file he/she chooses to save the cleaned tweets
  2. The syntax is python GetOldTweets3.py _parameter_ Not GetOldTweets3 _parameter_
  3. I added the other features to the cleaned tweets.
  4. I added an indicator for you to see the progress of the cleaned tweets
