[Request] Bring back Panasonic Hack
Hello I have just recently upgraded my OSSC 1.7 to 1.8 and have discovered that the feature that I have relied heavily on has been removed I was wondering if it either can be restored or is out of the question due to the processing changes brought by the new revision Also the reason why I am still using this old Panasonic is due to it being a wonderful 42 inch 3d display that i would very much would like to continue using with my current setup
The feature was dropped as part of the rewrite, but it could be brought back if it can be integrated in a clean manner. Unfortunately I no more have Panasonic plasma which could be used for testing so I'd need someone, preferable one with USB Blaster, to try out related changes. At the same time it could be investigated if Line3x could be made to work. I remember getting 240p x3 syncing on a later Panasonic OLED with custom timings, but I'm not sure if it uses similar processing circuitry as earlier plasmas.
