480p RGBHV Downscaling unstable

When there is an RGBHV 480p input to 240p output in line-multiplier or scaler mode, the screen frequently 'jumps'

Have you tried applying the modification detailed here?

I haven’t tried that. I have GPIO1 configuration, does the Dexx still need to be removed when the DE-10 is not booting the Dexx FW with the solder-blob fix?

It's highly recommended since the blob connects one GPIO pin (potentially output with some other application running on DE10-Nano) to GND.

Thanks kindly for the reply! So I tried the fix by grounding the GPIO pin on the Dexx board but a 480p input downscaled to 15KHz still jumps, in scaler and line multiplier output
