[ENHANCEMENT] Allow sending images as base64 encoded strings (or similar)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Allowing images to be sent directly in the payload instead of only a url.

Describe the solution you'd like Some way to send images for search or indexing that does not require a url. E.g. user uploaded image that is used for searching. currently would require temporarily storing the image then retrieving.

Describe alternatives you've considered Not too many. Some base64 encoding/decoding. Might be other options?
