[Feature Request] Disable fragmented lists from the cli

It'd be great if there was a flag to disable fragmented lists (while keeping other HTML features and therefore --html) from the marp cli. I often want to have the fragmented lists while actually presenting but not when I'm sharing my slides.

Marpit is an independent library from Marp CLI, so CLI arguments is out of the scope of Marpit. Please discuss on Marp CLI's issue or the Marp discussion forum, such as marp-team/marp#594 (It seems to me that you've already received the answer to this reqeust).
