A good, long-term solution is to include a command-line argument (or a configuration file) allowing to specify a user-defined blacklist.
There's libpinyin, which is being used by ibus. I think it may be the easiest way to implement Chinese input.
If you need an open source IME for Chinese, you can consider Trime in the meantime. It's available in F-Droid.
