shared_buffer.py is an outdated file

When I run train_football_3v1.sh,the same error occurs as Issue #72.

The error got an unexpected keyword argument "rnn_states ". Finally, the problem was found in the shared_buffer.py file under utils. #80 solved the problem and modified the file. But now shared_buffer.py is an outdated and unmodified file. Here is a comparison of shared_buffer.py now and shared_buffer.py in #80:
