add Sof2 and Sof2pm templates to the conf and setup wizard

games sof2 and sof2pm are missing from the setup wizard and there are no template for them in the conf folder.

Since I never ran a sof2 server myself I'm not able to provide a solid template for it. I'll ask the guys that helped me out back then if they can provide a template file...
