Request: enable/disable GPX with profile

I have 2 printers, one uses gcode and the other i use this GPX plugin to convert. however anytime i go to use the other printer, i have to enable/disable this plugin each time. is it possible to have the plugin only active when a specific profile is selected? (if that is an octoprint thing, i understand) just wasn't sure.
