ActionView.setAction(Action, boolean)

Hi! I don't know is it a bug or a feature, but when I set an Action on an ActionView (in particular the BackAction) without parameter "animate" it is pointing in other direction. Ok, maybe it's intended, but how can I set an Action in normal position without animating or defining it in xml layout? Thank you.
