Add support for generating rMQR codes

Would be nice to be able to generate rectangular QR codes. Right now the app can recognize them, but not generate them. They are especially useful for use with label printers. Thanks!

Yes, this would be nice!

We would need to expand either ZXingCpp or use zint for encoding barcodes.
