Works for me today. WIn 11, python 3.11.3
all tests have been run. 3 failed before I made changes, same 3 still failing at present.
Looks like the flagged security vulnerability is a false positive in pytest's py lib and has caused problems across thousands of projects by being incorrectly flagged: https://github.com/pytest-dev/py/issues/287.
