Missing include-statement in php-fpm.conf?

Hi Mark,

it's more a question than an error. - What is the reason that there is no include=etc/php-fpm.d/*.conf statement in your php-fpm.conf? Without this statement, the configuration file www.conf will never be read. Or do I miss s.th.?
