Rhymestone rev V1.0 JLCPCB issues

When uploading and checking it with JLC-PCB the pcb does not get uploaded correctly, If I am not mistaken, there are some issues with the substrate. causing the PCB/gerber detection to fail.

When looking at it with the JLCPCB 3D viewer the Substrate holes are not visible, the pcb is 1 solid board without any holes.

Other keyboards upload just fine without any issues. showing the substrate holes just fine
